Horses to watch:
Apellido and Catchafire KSNZ are horses to watch for the upcoming season. Both have been very consistent all season and finished the current season stepping up well to their new respective heights. Two lovely but very different horses.

What are your goals for the upcoming season?
To establish my current team and remain consistent. To continue to produce quality horses both of my own and for my clients.

How did you get started in your equine pursuit?
My parents train race horses so I was lucky enough to have always had horses around me - and I developed a love and passion for horses and ponies of many disciplines from a young age.

Four people you would invite for dinner:
Laura Collett, Lando Norris, Miles Teller and Kevin Hart.

Speaking of dinner can you share a horse feeding tip?
Start with a healthy gut and Dunstan Breed and Grow is my absolute go to feed, especially for my TB’s - just a fantastic product.

What is Your Number One Tip for Travelling Horses:
Hydration is key and Dunstan Recovery Mash is a great product to assist with this and my horse’s love it!

Who inspires you?
People who are brave enough to step outside their comfort zone and push new limits motivate and inspire me. Riders who remain at the top of their game despite setbacks and challenges are the riders I aspire to emulate.

Do you have a good luck charm?
I have a horse shoe hair brooch I wear every time I compete - it was gifted to me by some very close friends after the sudden passing of Damani - it's very special to me.

Most Memorable Equine Achievement?
I produce my own horses and Leroy has been particularly satisfying as he was known as a bit of a rogue. In the space of 18 months, he went from never having evented to competing at 2* and picked up many titles along the way. He is so honest and consistent and I’m excited to see our progress this season.
